この記事では、の使用方法について説明します。 オブジェクトを探す tool within the Legacy Building Module. You can use the オブジェクトを探す tool to automatically find rectangular windows.

Find Objects Workflow and Options

Before performing this workflow you will first have to process your scan files using the Legacy option in EdgeWise building. You can find that article here in the Legacy Building Section. Once Walls have been created, オブジェクトを探す can serve as an automatic Window extraction tool.

使用するには オブジェクトを探す, you must provide three pieces of information:

  • 種類: The type of object for EdgeWise to detect – ウィンドウ is currently the only option.
  • Select Template: Using this sub-tool: Box select an example of the window you want to extract from Observed Surfaces. To ensure the highest quality results, select only the edges that make up the shape of the window. Additionally, select the most complete instance of the window available, as incomplete planar data in the template may reduce the quality of extraction.
  • Select Searchable Faces: Click and SHIFT + Click the surfaces you want to search for windows on.

オプション:

  • Gridded Pattern: Limits object detection to a gridded pattern ,removing false positive detections that fall outside of the gridded pattern. If there is not even spacing between the windows, do not use this option.

Once you finish choosing your options, hit OK to begin the object detection process.

使用できるのは オブジェクトを探す after you have run 壁を探す. You cannot use this tool in blank models, as no observed surfaces are present.

注意: Window Objects will export to Revit. When working in a non-Revit workflow, we strongly recommend against modeling Window Objects in EdgeWise.

Windows Tools Within Revit

There are a few tools you can use within Revit after importing your windows along with your walls. First, you must use オープンモデル to bring in your walls and windows. Next, you must click データベースの追加 and select the exact same .c3rvt file from your Open Model import.

The tool you will most likely want to use immediately is the Create DXF tool. This tool allows you to save the points for a selected EdgeWise object in a .dxf format. This is particularly useful for importing points into Revit’s family editor to use as a basis for creating new Revit Family Objects.

The second most common tool you’ll likely use for windows is the Color: Intensity ツール。 Color: Intensity displays points from the loaded .c3rvt file for the selected EdgeWise Wall or Window. These points will color by their scan intensity. Color: Intensity may only be applied to one object at a time.

For more information on the other tools available in the EdgeWise Import tab, refer to この記事.
